CLEARING 2014

One Person Exhibition at The Hoffman Gallery at Lewis and Clark College, Portland Oregon

A 24 min video of moving clouds captured over an 8-month period as Louis traveled around on foot, truck and bike stopping to document changes in the sky-scape. The video was installed in a room with a large cushion indicative of a cloud, where viewers could relax and take in the large scale encompassing projection. This room was part of the exhibition “Clearing” which also hosted a weekly meditation. This was a popular location for the meditators; the Audio track is one of Tibetan singing bowls.
